Weird character when importing from Kontent Machine

I imported the articles generated from KM. While the txt files are all fine, but in GSA SER, it appeared to have this.

Please explain to me. Thanks a lot!

I know what a spintag is, what I concerned is the #KM0 generated by GSA SER. What are they? And will they affect anything?

No it's just a tag to keep the chosen content with the same data of the imported KM file. It's not posted to sites, just used internally to not mix content of the different import files.
