Still Getting this Error 127.0.0.1:8124

I have no idea why. Im on a VPS using windows server 2012 and i cannot figure out why i still get this error when i hit restart under options 127.0.0.1:8124 something is using this port....

This port is used for DeathByCaptcha Emulation over Socks API. IF you disable this captcha service in options, it should work fine.

do you guys have anyway to fix this issue soon? KEEP Up the hard work with all the UPDATES!! I love hitting check for updates and seeing new updates all the time. If you could add a pop up change log with the updates that would be perfecto!! #1!!!

OK i disabled that and Now im getting another Error.. I am sure i am not using skype... i just updated to latest version as well..
