Can't stop verify

Hi, I have set project "when to verify" to "Never / Disabled", but GSA SER still tried to verify the submitted. A little strange here. Could you help check if this function works or not? Thanks.

    What kind of sites? This should only happen to engines where no verification is required and links get added automatically to the verified URL list such as "URL Shorteners".
