Custom footprint per project

How Can I setup custom search footprints per project ie each project gets a different footprints.
I do not know how to change the footprints to start off with ie where that option is in GSA SER.

    You would have to edit each ini file and add footprints or use the global site list feature and search for footprints on "options->advanced->tools->...".
