Schedule posting +/- resetting to 0 when duplicating project.

    Hmm tried it and it's working. A duplicate is nothing more than a "copy selected-file.prj new-file.prj".

    @Sven I've looked further and it seems to be either an export options or import options bug. When I export the options and then import them its not filling in the +/- fields.

    ok found the issue and will fix it in next version.
