Where are these korean anchors coming from in anchor cloud?

I don't understand, where are these koreans anchors come from in my site's anchor cloud? I am only targeting English SE with English content and my site is also in English. http://i.imgur.com/CbKWwXV.png I analyzed my verified list and found that none of the current enabled engines create any such korean anchors. Still, these anchors magically appear in Ahrefs link anchor cloud.

    If you use site lists, than there might be sites from other countries than the one from search engines.

    I have some projects that will take anything and others very specific. But in most I let it pull from the verified list. Makes me think I need to periodically filter non-english websites from my verified list.

    Anyone know a bot that will check a list of webpages for foreign languages?
