How to config CB with Spamvilla

Dear Forum member,

sometime Spamvilla solves the captchas, sometimes i get:

Unable to solve this captcha sorry.

Unfortunately i played with the settings, and now i can't remember what is the best to use for CB and Spamvilla.

Please could someone tell me.
