And that text file is ansi encoded? Just send me that file and I have a look.
  • Ok later.

And 1 more thing, can those websites see what Windows operation system I am using?
  • I tried running at 50 threads

Will I be considered DDOS attack by those websites?

    DDOS attack is illegal

Well they can not see what OS you use unless they use some tools like nmap to ping your IP.

DDOS is something that is made to bring websites down. Thats not your aim here but a normal browsing/parsing. I can't see why this would be illegal, though Im no lawyer.

  • Well I am using VPN so they cannot see my OS right?

And I mean DOS attack not DDOS attack.

If I am running 100 or 50 concurrent connections/live connections, opening so many will bring down a server right? Let's say apache have 256 max or some noob servers have max limit 50 connections, is this considered attacking a server or DOS attack?

I am very concerned on, when I am parsing and getting emails from this websites using 10GB of their bandwidth, what can they see on their side? Can they see me as a hacker? What will they see? Please tell

Sorry but this is getting to nowhere. The usage of the software is not illegal. A DDOS or just DOS attack is nothing this program performs. It is sending a request and parsing the result. It is not sending any bogus data in the hope the server breaks down.

And your XYZ apache connection setting has nothing to do with this. Usually hosting companies don't set this or rely on this. They have there own firewall and checking system for this.

All they see is your IP (can be proxy IP) + http header with a User Agent (can be randomized in options). The OS is not detectable except by methods I said above.

Thats all I can add to this topic.

  • Alright. Thanks for your clarification.

Maybe I am just too paranoid because never used this kind of software before.

Afraid will be breaking any website laws or whatever...

Thanks for your explanation now and your program really ROX and I mean it...it is tooo GOOD if you know how to use it hehehe hehehehheh

One more thing. what is parsing? What does parsing do? I tried google but I don't really understand.

    Can you explain abit?

  • When I open 5 threads and 50 threads, what does they see me?

Do they see me as a single user opening 5 browsers? Or single pc user with 50 browsers?

    Pleaseeeeeeeee tell me sven...

My very last doubts before I can use it happily.

@chuck - It doesn't matter if you have 5, 50 or 500 threads because all of those threads are not visiting the same website. They are visiting different websites.

You don't need to worry about this stuff, assuming you are using proxies?

If you are using a home connection then maybe your ISP will not be happy with you.
  • I am using VPN, is it OK?

Why ISP will not be happy?

What is thread about? Conccurent connections = users?

@chuck - Sorry i misunderstood what you were asking, with VPN i have no experience so better if someone else can advise you.
