Captcha Pop ups

in GSA Captcha Breaker
I keep getting these pop ups asking a question even though I have GSA Captcha breaker open...I have to keep clicking cancel...Is there something I don't have set up right?

    Is 'Finally ask user if everything else fails' ticked in Options > Captcha?

    How about in the project options, is 'If a form field can't be filled' set to 'Ask User'?

    Yes it was...I changed to "Choose Random"  Thank you so much
