Which is the best free email provider for GSA?

Hi, I have been using outlook.com but the emails keep getting locked. Can anyone recommend a good free email provider to use with GSA? Thanks

    @Spamvilla I read some time ago that yahoo charges money for enabling pop3.. How is it enabled in your accounts?
