Multiple Websites in 1 Project

I have 50 websites that I to include in the same project. 

I am afraid that if I add the urls all the backlinks created will be divided between the websites(1000 links/50 = 200 links per website)

How do I stop this from happening?

    create separate projects for each website?

    You can set links per url. Little tick box on the options tab

    Set it to 10 link, +/- 10 and then the per url box

    You can also set different anchor text on each url as well

    Hey LeeG,  

    I notice I have to check "Pause the project after ..."

    I don't want to pause it, want it to run all the time.
