LPM is down when some time(about 5-10min) elapsed after start

If I do stop-start projects - LPM return to previous high value

    Seriously, make a question out of your comments or leave it.

    I guess you ask why this is the case? I can tell you, because the project will turn to submit first and later go to verify and than pm is of course dropping as no new submissions are made.

    1) verifying is disabled
    2) after 10 minutes ?? not true. I have 100k of domains where posting do. During this time the entire database does not pass

    I do I measure the speed of the channel, and not lpm
