RSS Feed as target url - utf8

RSS Feed as target url is a great feature. Huge potential if you think about it.

I've noticed that it doesn't cooperate well with non-English characters giving me:
Anchor_Text
Pożyczka

instead of "Pożyczka". Firefox recognizes it well. Could you please fix it?

    Problem solved. Could you also tell me how often SER looks for an update of the RSS feed?
