Bug 6.73 - "per url" does not work with "submissions in a day"

I have an original project with 3 verified dofollow link. UNDER this project, I have setup a TIER 2 project to "pause after 50 submissions reached in a day". "per url". 

The project paused at 50. It should have paused at 50 * 3 = 150

Then i replaced "50 submissions reached in a day" with "50 submissions for 1440 minutes per URL" (which is the same i believe).

The project restarted again. Thus, i believe that PER URL does not work with the option "submissions in a day"

    just checked things, all fine from code level. Can't reproduce this.
