My Tier 2 got more Link then Tier 3 despite the weaker filter (Weird)

My Tier 2 got 2684 submission : 737 Verfification
My Tier 3 got 891 Submission : 140 Verfiired. 

This projec thas been running for at least 2-3weeks.

    Hi guys, Seem no one really can help in my situation ?

    Something more weird, all my verified link is my Tier 2 and Tier 3 is all gone. 
    The GSA they show Zero. 

    I only run my Tier 2  now in debug mode. Mostly i see was Download failed. 
    What the main reason? It all in Red. 
    I had a very good internet connection. Just that i am using public proxy.

    It weird, the number user to be like 500-900 links . 
    It all gone duringthe weekend

    All my link is gone. Gosh, Maybe after the update?

    I'm still on 2.68 so I can't speak for you. I'm still waiting for a good time to hear from experts if its safe to update.

    I dont know if this is the cause but you might uncheck the following:
    Use URL of global site list ...
    use urls linking ...
    analyse and post to competitors ...

    What are the settings under the new tier menu ? Please post a screenshot.
