Too many download falied.

Hi,
I have gsa ser for allmost 2 years now, i know this "Download falied." message is occuring when the proxies are down usualy. I use 20 private proxies, they are 100% working all the time, even if i test them every time they work.(i did set them as private obviously) I get too many Download falied message nowadays i have no ideea why, here is log example :

From what i know the download falied message appears when your proxy is not working or if that website timed out right?
I have my html timeout at 140.
I noticed this for the last 3 days
What are your thoughts @Sven ?
About 60-70% of my working websites are outputing this

    The few that I clicked on all return a page not found message for me.

    SER is running properly.

    Just did an alive check on all the urls there, 99% are dead
