Why does my IP keep getting blocked?

I keep getting my ip blocked. I recently changed it by requesting my vps provider to change it for me since I was getting the notice on gsa ser. Now I'm getting the same thing. and it's not just google rnd anymore. but other sites as well. 

Has anyone found a solution to this?

    If you use a VPS you still need to use good dedicated proxies.

    Hard to tell. I used 10 private proxies and was banned by all search engines within 1 week. Yes, i checked all the options correctly. Today bought 20 new, let's see if that changes something.

    Did not mention that SER and SB tests showed that proxies are fine.
