Crashing on Remove Duplicate Domains (6.68)

This is happening on two of my servers.

I tried only checking 10 boxes and it still happened. Restarted a couple of times, no change. Opened 6.66 and it was able to remove duplicate domains without crashing. Total removed was 4,483,334 if that matters. I run this about once or twice a month.
