If link is a blog, does GSA post a comment or try to start a blog?

If we input a blog link either to identified or input target links into a project, does GSA try to post a comment or start a blog? Say for example it's a wordpress blog link.

    Well usually you don't have a project running with both engines enabled but the engine with the most "page must have" matches wins and gets the ability 1st to post a link. If it fails, the next engine gets a chance.

    You got the status "Search and Verify" which does both.
