How can i import one of my project from 1pc to other pc?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I have transferred my GSA search engine ranker to my other PC but don;'t know how to transfere one of my project as I donet want to spend time on making it again. Besides i need to transefere with output only

    Right click on project > Modify Project > Backup Selected
    then to load it on other PC
    Right click in project area > Modify Project > Restore
