Adding new engines

How to add new engines, without it making duplicate entries in the default list.
I have a folder with my custom engines, when i add them to my existing \AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker\engines\ folder i select to skip duplicates, and it does skip one or two.
But when i go to create new project in the search, i see duplicates : for example in Wiki list i will now have 2 of everything.-- and then i still see the new MY Prolfiles - with my engines at the top of the list.
Would appreciate some guidance with adding custom engines.

I noticed i have a Engine folder in both the below paths :
C:\Program Files (x86)\GSA Search Engine Ranker\Engines
and
\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker\engines\
Which is the correct one to add the new engines to. ?
