Account Data vs Veriflied List

I did a test on a 11000 pligg lis. t it turn out after completed the test,  I have 7700 lines account data export as text file, but only have 2000s veriflied list


Can anyone tell me why the huge number  different?

    The account data is saved even though the registration was not fully seen as successful (unknown status). So there might be some accounts under it that are not valid.
