Anyway to stop emails from going in POP folder?

I've added the @ email rule along with others such as welcome, confirm, verify. I get tons of emails stuck in the POP folder each day. It's a pain to check all projects everyday and move the emails over to the inbox. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

    Some emails have no valid email at all so @ alone as filter to not put it into spam folder is not enough. You can try *?* or something for the subject as every email should have one.
