Email Setting Question on Web 2.0

Does it prevent successful sing up rate if you use same email cross project for certain websites sign up process specially those which request email verification ?

    It's recommended to use different emails for different projects in this case as it is very likely that two projects get the same email sent. If you do not use just web 2.0 engines, it does not matter.
