  • Some of the sites in the "Article" group are wikis. Some of the wikis allow articles and some do not (only a user). Some of the wiki sites will create a user and an article.

If you want to make sure that you only post to sites where an actual article will be produced, click on the plus sign beside the "Article" group (You don't have to do this, but you will be able to see what happens when you do.). Then move your mouse anywhere in the "Where to submit" box and click the right mouse button. From the menu that pops up, click on "Uncheck Engines that use no contextual links". This will deselect some of the platforms. You should get the results you are looking for then (but you will get fewer links).

Those are wiki sites. Uncheck Mediawiki, Moin Moin and TikiWiki and you won't get those profile type links. I'm not sure why they're listed under articles when they're really profile type links. Maybe that will change in the future .. It's confusing for new people. :P
  • Thanks a lot guys :D

I will try this immediately :D

Forgot to mention you will also notice this with the Moodle platform as well so you might want to uncheck that. It will post a blog on Moodle if the site has it open but it seems you do get a lot of profile type links mixed in.
  • so uncheck moodle to avoid profile links?

    thank you so much
