No more targets question

Im a relative newbie so my knowledge is limited..
I am using the SER Web 2.0 packs and public proxies I am getting this log message and there nothing elses going on other than email verification and proxy checking..
Attention! No more targets but also no competitor analysis wanted.

Is this a proxy issue? What is causing this and how to six it?

    This means that all possible links have been created. Since you just use web 2.0 engines, keep in mind that each web2.0 has a fixed URL unlike all other engined where the program uses search engines with footprints to get new targets.
