GSA SER - text captcha found and skipped

Hi,

No matter what settings I set for a project I always receive the following when GSA SER encounters a text/question based captcha:

text captcha found and skipped

I've set the project to 'Ask user only to fill captchas' and set 'Finally ask the user if everything else fails (else the submission is skipped)' in Options > Captchas for all services.

I'm testing the MediaWiki type at present.

Any ideas why this is happening?
I just want it to ask me the question, so I can manually complete the captcha.

    That text captchas apply to the project option "If a form field can`t be filled".
