Video Preview Image

With regards to the field "Preview Image" within the Video module, is there anyway of taking the random image inserted into the article (if this option is checked) and inserting it there too?

    Just enter %random_image% in the input field.

    Tried that, but it errors with "The file (%random_image%) in "Preview_Image" does not exists.
