'Description 250' needed for Article on lower Tier but not the others?

I have a Tier 1 and Tier 2 which use Article and neither require 'Description 250,' but now I just created a Tier 3 and imported the same data fields from the first 2 but now for some reason it's asking me for 'Description 250.'  Why is it doing this?

    You have an engine selected that uses the Description_250 field. You can right click on the field and choose 'Disable engines that use this' to unselect it.
