Why are the SER lists not sorted?

wouldnt make more sense to sort them, or are they sorted when loaded into each project when it first starts?

    They are randomised when used.

    Sorting would just wast resources (memory to load all lines and sort them). Now the file can grow as big as HD space is available without wasting anything.
