Can a site be ranked with php exploits?

and second question

Can a site be ranked with only php exploits?

Has anyone seen any google penalties?

    Not by the "exploits" build into the default SER setup as those are only visible when you open the URL with your URL as parameter. You have to link the build backlink somewhere on some other site (e.g. guestbook) to be visible.

    No idea but personally I would never use exploits.
