A way to automatically stop and restart on a timer?

Is there any way to make GSA ser stop itself and restart?
Threads drop 70% and then go back to full only after I click on stop several hours later and then click on start again

Is there any feature to automate this?

    Use the scheduler (down arrow on the start/stop button)?

    I'm not sure if I'm understanding the scheduler UI, is there an option there to start all projects, stop them after 3 hours for a few seconds, and restart them and repeat infinitely?

    yes, if you set the number of projects to run to the max number of projects you have + set the running time to 3 hours and press start.
