Off Topic: What software is this?

I build WP websites and many use Simple:Press which is a very heavy duty forum plugin.

I have been looking for something very simple and "fun" to use and I like what I see here.

I've tried looking up similar plugins for WP but can't find a match to what this is doing.

Anyone have an idea what software this forum is?
