Same keywords Across multiple campaigns

Hello, 
I have the same keywords across multiple campaigns with different anchor texts and content. I was wondering if this would be a problem because it would search and scrape for the same keywords and the first campaign would take all the submissions and each campaign thereafter would have its leftovers creating a uneven distribution.

    let me clarify...
    i have campaign 1 dog training with anchor text and content 
    campaign 2 is dog tricks with anchor text and content

    both have the same keywords.. will there be an even distribution for both these campaigns? or will the first campaign inherit all the backlinks whilst the 2nd gets none

    Both will have the same priority. And if the URL is different they might even have a link on the same page.
