Problems with links in Articles

Hi All

I am importing my articles from Auto Content Writer using the GSA Template.

I set up html links in ACW to be included in my article, when I import them into SER, They are not there, I checked the text template file and the links are contained within them. What I do find strange is that it imports all the html picture links but not the html website links.

I have played around with the configuration of SER to try find a work around, but it seems I can only insert anchor links via a macro. I would rather want to use the links contained in the article as its a more natural flow. 

Is there a different way to do this?
