Tier project broken - What is causing this?

So I just started building some tier 2 links off of my tier 1 projects about a week ago. They are now greyed out with a line through them and it says tier project broken. What could be causing this? I read in another post that it may have something to do with the project name?

    If the project name changes the tier won't automatically change with it.  You have to go in and reselect the project.

    Is their a way to get the broken tier active again or do I need to recreate it?

    You just need to go back into the project and reselect the tier you want to link to. (Check box for 'use verified URL's of another project on data tab)
