verify by=email in [register_setup] and [step]

in [register_setup], verify by=email mean found the link and click the link.
if in [step], it mean found some link and click the link and search the return page and see if verify search for exist, right?

    no, in the step things it means it will wait for the resulting link sent by email like

    "Hello thanks for submitting your link to our directory. You can see it here: <url>".

    it will click the url + see if your link is there and adds it to verified if it is.
