Turning off ALL PR checking

I know we can turn off PR checking for our link building in the project file, but how do we turn off ALL pr checking?

In the options area we have using proxies to check for PR, but turning this off just uses my desktop IP now, right?

I want to turn off all PR checking, so that when my verified links come in I dont get the PR number there too. 

I dont want to face too many PR checking attempts thru Google on those verifieds

    You can get this when adding a proxy that is not working (127.0.0.01:1234) and tag it as public. Than use only public proxies for PR checking and no PR query is done to google. Might be a stupid workaround, but working nevertheless and I don't want to add an option for this as I don't think that getting PR for verified URLs is doing any harm at all.
