How to edit generic anchor text?

Hello! Is there a way to edit the generic anchor texts that come with SER and stop updates from overwriting the file?

    Yes edit the file in the SER directory. You can do it from within SER when you have the project open click on the little "edit" text next to generic anchor option

    @seagul - its telling me Access Denied when i try to save it and also does SER overwrite the file when i update?

    The access denied something you can sort out on your windows machine. Find the file and right click it and change settings in properties. I can't remember the exact steps. 

    SER does not overwrite my modded file no. So I presume it won't overwrite yours either :)
