How often do you change emails?

Hi. I am trying to discover how to get the best settings that will give my submissions and continual and gradual increase everyday, at the moment the submissions for any particular tier are up and down from one side of the scale to the other. 
Just wondering how often I should change my emails around? For example my tier 2 has articles/forums/social bookmarks/social networks/wikis its has a keyword list of 26K and has 50 hotmail emails, is this to many or to little?

    just blacklisted check your emails and if the get blacklisted its a sign to change them :)
