Has anyone using GSA SER had any success to increase search engine position for Hard-To-Rank keyword(s)?

    Yes absolutely. SER makes it easy in fact. Prepare to spend several months doing it though and make sure you choose buyer keywords. Wouldn't want to rank and then make no money. We've all been there and done that  :)>-
