SER - Black Desktop

Just updated my ser earlier today.
Before I did, I do what I always do and stop SER, wait for all projects to finish.
Close it.
Open it then upgrade.
The upgrade went fine.
Opened SEr again and clicked start - without changing anything.
I have this running on vps windows 2008 r2
After 5mins of running, I checked my remote window and all I could see was the bottom windows menu and the whole of the desktop (which should be SER) = Black...completely black.
So I killed SER, my desktop came back. Opened SER and ran it, runs fine...now after 10mins its BLACK desktop again :-/
Any ideas??
