I sometimes get two links to different articles - is this a bug?

I don't know if that is a bug or not but I frequently get something like (Tier)

I have stopped campaigns now since this behaviour is raising a big flag for mister crawl bot. Note that most of the time the links are in fact the same (as I it should be).
How can I prevent this from happening/What did I do wrong?
