SER posts same url/anchor twice in article

hi there,
since 2 or 3 days SER is posting two times the same url/anchor in one article. when i use the makro <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a> it inserts the link correctly, but SER seems to insert another link in the same artikle, when the used anchor matches one in the article, so i end up with two links pointing to the same url with same anchor.
someone else has this problem?
