Email verification delay

I notice when I test awint's web 2.0s that SER checks email straight after registering. Would be best to wait 15 mins first to allow email to be sent or does it check again?

    Sorry but this is not my business here. But all of this can be configured. Anyway it checks for emails several times by default.
