Unable to restore backed up project

I have backed up some projects that was running on my VPS and restored them on my home PC.
But unfortunately i am unable to restore the one back up, as it keeps showing the Out of Memory message.

At time of restoring i have just retarted the program. all projects are Inactive and nothing is running. The back up file is 738,128 KB

Any suggestions on what i should \ could do

    you can try to rename that to *.zip and extract that with winrar/7zip or alike.

    Where should i extract it to ?

    Thats the difficult part ;) It's in the appfolder. Usually in c:\documents and settings\<login>\application data\GSA Search Engine Ranker\projects (Windows XP).
