"Users Shared Captcha Types"

I apologize if I missed this somewhere but, what does this mean and how do i use it? I clicked the link and downloaded a .gcb file but, what do I do with it?

    right click on the captcha type window and choose->Import

    Than you can use it.

    Click the "Help" button in Captcha Breaker, there is a link in the drop down...
