where is %verify_url%?

at flixya.com.ini  there is a verify url=%verify_url% at [EXTRA_STEP1], but there is not variable defined like [verify_url]  what is it then?

    there is  verify by=search+email,url+email
    why need to verify email when post?

    for me it has a [verify_url]

    a + means multiple tries to verify this, a "," follows after the first verification was done.
