Most paid VPN services are pretty slow. If you don't have a reliable proxy provider you can get some cheap VPS from somewhere and setup a proxy/VPN there yourself. You can ride that one until there are too many complaints to that IP. Then you move to some other cheap VPS. Might not be very flexible, but at least the connection is fast and protects our server with GSA SER on it
