Feature Request: Smart Captcha Allocation by Engine/Link Type
Anonymous
Right now, when we set up backup captcha services (like 2Captcha, Antigate, etc.), they get triggered whenever XEvil fails regardless of the engine or link type. This leads to wasted resources on low‑value engines (guestbooks, image comments, blog comments, etc.) that don’t justify the cost of expensive captcha solving.
Proposed Feature:
- Add an option to filter backup captcha usage by engine category and link type.
- Example:
- If the engine is under Articles (contextual backlinks, dofollow), then allow backup captcha solving (pass to 2Captcha if XEvil fails).
- If the engine is Guestbooks, Image Comments, Blog Comments, etc., then skip backup captcha solving entirely.
Benefits:
- Saves money by avoiding unnecessary captcha costs on non‑contextual/no‑follow links.
- Lets users prioritize contextual dofollow backlinks, which are the most valuable for SEO.
- Provides more granular control over captcha resource allocation, making campaigns more economical and efficient.
This way, users can focus their paid captcha solving power on what really matters contextual dofollow links instead of burning credits on engines that don’t move the needle.
